Cancale St-Malo Jersey

Leave your city early in the morning towards Pointe du Grouin. Free time stop on the tip. Breathtakingly beautiful, the site offers one of the widest panoramas in the department of Ille et Vilaine. Then continue on road to Cancale, famous since ancient times for its wild flat oysters from natural banks in deep water and more recently for its hollow oyster breeding. Visit to an oyster farmer with oyster tasting.

In the afternoon, guided tour of Saint Malo, discover the corsair city through its history, its environment, its bay with fortified islands and its famous characters.

Dinner, accommodation in 2 or 3 *** hotel in Saint Malo or surroundings.

After breakfast, at 5.45 am arrival at the ferry terminal to board a high speed ship. Departure at 6:30 and after a short and pleasant crossing, you will reach Saint Helier the capital. Welcome by your hostess and your guide driver and departure for the tour of the island.

You will discover the Bay of Saint-Aubin, Saint-Brelade and its Mediterranean vegetation, the lighthouse of Corbière, the bay of Saint-Ouen and its natural reserve. The visit will continue with the north coast and its succession of small coves that offer fabulous horizons, the bay of Sainte-Catherine to the east, and in a final bouquet, the typical village of Gorey dominated by the medieval citadel of the thirteenth century, Castle Mont-Orgueil.

It will then be time to return to Saint Helier via the rocky coast of St. Clement for lunch in a downtown restaurant.

The afternoon will be completely free to revel in the joys of shopping and the free-time discovery of the city and its museums. (The shops are open on Saturdays). At 5.30 pm, bus transfer will be provided between the city center and the port where you will be invitated to board at 17:45 and departure of the boat at 18:15 (local time)

Arrival in Saint-Malo at 8:30 pm French time. Back to your city.
